Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with portfolio management and sales on client campaigns and strategies by becoming the bridge between portfolio management and sales
  • Design and develop marketing materials, including factsheets, reports, pitch books and tenders
  • Prepare detailed analyses of current and potential investments and summarize and present the results to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintenance and analysis of the CRM database
  • Client support, including working with the internal reporting team for regular and ad-hoc information requests
  • Drive measurable results, including product development, planning and activation of promotional activities (social media, webinars, campaigns, events)

Your background

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail, responsiveness to clients, ability to meet deadlines, balanced by the ability to manage the efficient and effective use of internal resources
  • Basic understanding of the financial services and wealth management industry
  • Relevant BA/BSc degree, or equivalent qualifications, preferably in business or a related field
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience in servicing institutional clients preferred
  • Native German communication skills with a high level of English (additional language skills an advantage)
  • Digitally savvy: support in developing a social media strategy for the product and multi-channel marketing (thought leadership, lead generation and product specific content)
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization and presentation design is an advantage
